*There are ongoing challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic which are causing delays within Australia Post of approximately 1-5 business days within the express service. This means next day delivery is no longer guaranteed, however Express Post parcels are prioritised for delivery within Australia.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, whether you live next to the harbour bridge or in the red centre.

Every day, we fulfil several orders, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. During peak season September- October Manufacturers can take  time to process orders so please allow an additional 1–2 days for this stage of processing. 
  • Shipping time: Items are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse. We do this to pass the saving on to our customers. 

'Shipping time' refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the manufacturers warehouse to the destination.

Australian delivery Express Post can be delivered anywhere from next day after processing to 5 days approximately. All depending on Australia Post delivery times to the delivery address.  

International delivery usually takes about 6–30 business days. However you do have the option to select priority or express shipping for most items which typically arrives in 1-8 business days. Items can take longer from time to time and in many instances it is out of our control, however the team at Oktoberfest Costumes will always do their best to help you out.
